Champion saleswomen know that women not only make 80 percent of the purchases today, they also influence 80 percent of the ones guys make! So Larry really didn't have a clue, did he?

We did buy a good used Porsche from another dealer, and here we are...

Here's a better sales example. Recently one of our girls, Nessa, came of driving age. You parents know what a relief that is when you don’t have to be taxi driver any more. She started college this fall, has a good job and needed some wheels to get her to both.

After an extensive Internet search, Lois and Nessa decided on the Toyota Yaris as the perfect car.

So off we trooped to the local Toyota dealer where we were met by Scott. Now Scott is new to sales but, man, did he have the system down.
